Retiene agua en el producto y en la piel, y disuelve muchos ingredientes que no se disuelven bien solo en agua.It is a clear, slightly thick, odourless liquid (1,2-propanediol). It holds water in the product and on the skin, and dissolves many ingredients that do not dissolve well in water alone.
