Es un derivado de la urea (INCI: Hydroxyethyl Urea). Se vende como solución en agua, transparente y sin olor. Atrae y retiene agua como la glicerina, pero se siente menos pegajosa. No es la urea común: no exfolia ni suaviza callos como esta.It is a urea derivative (INCI: Hydroxyethyl Urea). It is sold as a clear, odourless water solution. It draws in and holds water like glycerin, but feels less sticky. It is not plain urea: it does not exfoliate or soften calluses the way urea does.

Cómo se usaHow to use it
- Pésala tal cual viene, sin diluir.Weigh it as supplied, without diluting.
- Agrégala a la fase acuosa cuando esté por debajo de 60 °C, o al final, al enfriar.Add it to the water phase once it is below 60 °C, or at the end, during cool-down.
- Ajusta el pH final entre 5 y 8.Adjust the final pH to between 5 and 8.

- No la calientes por encima de 60 °C.Do not heat it above 60 °C.
- En algunas fórmulas el pH sube con el tiempo: mídelo otra vez unos días después de hacer el lote.In some formulas the pH creeps up over time: measure it again a few days after making the batch.
- No la confundas con la urea común: no sirve para cremas de pies exfoliantes.Do not confuse it with plain urea: it is not for exfoliating foot creams.
