Es la cocamidopropil betaína en agua: un líquido amarillo claro, casi sin olor. Su carga cambia según el pH, por eso se lleva bien con tensioactivos aniónicos, no iónicos y catiónicos. Junto a un aniónico reduce la irritación y hace la espuma más cremosa.It is cocamidopropyl betaine in water: a pale yellow liquid with almost no smell. Its charge changes with pH, so it gets on with anionic, nonionic and cationic surfactants. With an anionic it reduces irritation and makes the lather creamier.

Los porcentajes son de la betaína tal como viene (30 % de materia activa). En un champú cuenta la materia activa: 20 % de betaína aporta 6 % de activo. Suma el activo de todos los tensioactivos de la fórmula.The percentages are for the betaine as supplied (30% active matter). In a shampoo, count the active matter: 20% betaine gives 6% active. Add up the active of every surfactant in the formula.
Cómo se usaHow to use it
- Agrégala directo a la fórmula, sin diluir, junto con los demás tensioactivos.Add it straight to the formula, undiluted, along with the other surfactants.
- Mezcla despacio con espátula para no hacer espuma.Stir slowly with a spatula so it does not foam.
- Agrega el conservante y los ingredientes delicados al final.Add the preservative and delicate ingredients at the end.
- Mide el pH final del champú entre 4,5 y 6 y ajústalo con ácido cítrico si hace falta.Check the final shampoo pH is between 4.5 and 6 and adjust with citric acid if needed.
