Dulce, suave y alegre, como pelar una mandarina madura con las manos. Es el cítrico más amable: menos ácido que el limón, más tierno que la naranja, con un fondo casi de dulce de fruta. It is the gentlest citrus: less sharp than lemon, more tender than orange, with an almost candied-fruit background. It is lovely in products for the whole family and in cosy candles.
